Seeking painter to paint the top trim (wood and gutter) of my three-unit building at 2023 W Armitage Ave Chicago, IL 60647. I need a painter to: (1) scrape existing paint (power washing not possible due to project height), and (2) paint the top of the building (wood and gutter) with solid white paint (e.g., paint over the existing white and green area with white oil-based paint; single color). THIS JOB REQUIRES EITHER SCAFFOLDING OR A BOOMLIFT. If you have access to scaffolding or a boom-lift, please respond to this ad and provide your fee estimate. If you do NOT have access to scaffolding or a boom-lift, please respond to this ad with your LABOR ONLY fee estimate and I will rent and pay for a 40 foot boom-lift for you to use. Under either scenario, I will purchase and provide the white, oil-based exterior paint. No rush to complete project and I can work within your existing schedule if needed.
