Looking for someone skilled in all phases of residential construction. Jobs vary from new work to remodeling of new windows and doors. Kitchens and baths. Siding and decks. Sunrooms and small additions. Sheetrock and taping, painting. I need a second hand from time to time. Also if this works out I always have work I just cannot fit in that I normally give up. My customers and I expect quality workmanship, good manners, clean appearance, safe and clean worksite during and at end of work day. Please do not answer ad if you do not care about your workmanship. If you are not knowledgeable in construction. If you do not come to work at a reasonable time and stay to a reasonable time. If you do not have the basic tools to complete tasks or transportation, please do not answer ad. If your not local to the capital district please do not answer ad.
