Skillset Group is currently seeking motivated and skilled recruiters to be part of our fast growing amazing team! These individuals would assist in the process of long-term/ temp to hire for a wide variety of positions throughout the Inland Empire/OC/ LA. • Excellent communication skills • Proven work experience in high volume staffing or in a similar role • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases • Experience with prescreening and interviewing of potential candidates • Familiarity with workers compensation, safety in the workplace, and labor laws • Bilingual English/Spanish We currently have available positions in Riverside and Santa Fe Springs.
