Small drywall gig for hire

I have a new tenant moving into an office and they want the door shown in the photo removed and dry walled. I will remove the door and frame myself, but I need someone who can frame and drywall the opening, mud it as appropriate and have it ready for painting. Looking to have this done ASAP so that I can get the painting started. This gig is located in an office building just west of 96th and Keystone. The payment for this gig will be dependent on your quote and you will be paid by company check upon completion. If you are interested in this job PLEASE read on. 1. If you are able to provide a quote without seeing this in person, please provide me with your quote along with any additional information requested below. 2. If you need to see this in person, please provide me with the day/time that you would like to meet to see it. I will provide an exact address once a day and time has been confirmed. 3.
