Painter needed for office repainting

I am seeking someone to repaint up to two offices near 96th and Keystone. The payment for this gig will be dependent on your quote and you will be paid by company check upon completion. If you are interested in this job PLEASE read on. 1. Project details: - Office #1 is a smaller office that was poorly painted white and needs to be finished by someone who knows what they are doing. The office includes a small storage room, two private office and a larger lobby/reception area. Care must be taken to protect the new carpeting. The space is currently occupied and some desks will need to be moved to complete the work. This space is for walls only, no trim and no ceilings. - Office #2 is a larger office in an adjacent building that needs to be painted in advance of a new tenant moving in. The space is unoccupied and as soon as I have some drywall work completed it will be ready to start being painted. There is a lobby/reception area, a large main office, two smaller offices, a small kitchen and a break room. The new tenant has an unusual color scheme and there are multiple colors involved which may include some "stripes" on some accent walls. This space may also need to have trim/doors and windows painted too. No ceilings will need to be painted. 2. Please provide me with the day/time that you would like to meet to see the space. I will provide an exact address once a day and time has been confirmed. 3. I will NOT accept any calls or texts from persons replying to this posting (in an effort to not have my phone always going off with silly texts). Until the junk replies are weeded out, you will need to send an email. 4. When replying to this posting via email, please avoid the 1-liner emails of "text me at 317-555-xxxx" or "seen ur ad 4 painting i can do it". Professionalism, spelling and grammar goes a long way. 5. In your reply please include your name (or company name if you are with a company), a contact phone number, an email address, your price to do the work (if you are able to quote without physically seeing it) and your availability to get this work completed. 6. You MUST also be able to provide up to 3 references. The references don't need to be provided with your reply at this time, but the gig will only be be provided to people or companies who I can verify the quality and professionalism of their work. 7. I will provide the paint needed for the project, but I will be looking for you to advise on how much paint for each color will be needed so I can provide an adequate amount of paint. 8. You must also be able to provide the costs in a broken down manner as there may be some cost sharing on my end with the tenants involved. I will need you to provide a cost for office #1, a cost for office #2 (walls only) and a cost for office #2 (trim/doors/windows). paint will be provided
