Entry Level Machine Builder - Utility Worker

Concept Automation Systems is a small 30-year old company that designs and manufactures automated packaging and assembly machinery, and also produces Concept Electric Bikes. We are growing and now seeking a machine builder and utility worker who will grow with us. You will perform a variety of tasks that will continue to grow in scope as you learn skills, ranging from preparing metals for the machine shop to finishing metal parts for plating and make parts on a laser engraver. You will be taught how to make parts on mills and lathes as well as wiring and even programming if you have the aptitude and ability to learn. Work hours are 7AM-4PM Mon-Fri. Health, Vision and Dental plans; paid holidays and vacation time. Minimum qualifications: No specific work experience is required, but should be mechanically inclined and physically able to perform manual work - DIY mechanics welcome. Must be a licensed driver because the job will include making local pickups and deliveries from time to time. Must be neat, trustworthy, and dependable, able to work independently as well as with other team members. Interest/experience in programming and electrical is a big plus, but not required.
