Looking for a handyman or painter to repaint the existing wood trim and eaves on four units located in Yucaipa. The front two older smaller units need all wood trim, eaves and facia to prepped, patched, primed and painted. The rear two larger units built in 2009 only need the facia boards to be prepped and repainted.
