Se 108th near Burnside, Portland OR

Description

A very sweet black and white pit was tied up to a pole on 108th and Burnside. I saw her at 10:45 pm and waited until midnight with her. She responds to basic commands and appears to be well taken care of. I am so sorry if she is yours and you left her there for a reason. Please contact ASAP, I will be calling the Humane Society in the morning.
