We are a licensed general contractor and have been in business for 20+ years and specialize in renovating apartment units after tenants move out. We need guys that can complete the unit renovations which include small drywall repairs, installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, hooking up sink p-traps, installing appliances, installing light switches and outlets and general completion of small apartment unit renovations.
