Part-time. Full time hours are possible, it can be discuss further based upon experience. No Forks Given (an established local Jersey City Food Truck) is looking to hire a main cook. Shifts are weekdays (lunch hours), a few weekday evenings, and occasional Saturdays We are currently looking to expand our team. Must have experience and/or be proficient in a professional kitchen environment with efficient knife skills. ~ Must have an active drivers license or reliable transportation ~ Main responsibilities will include: * food prep * cooking on the griddle * working the fryer * basic cleaning Additional responsibilities may include: * inventory management * taking orders from customers * customer service * managing the flow of customers' orders
