A little drywall/Painting/Shower head replace/haul away items

I have a house where I do room rentals at and just had a couple of tenants move out. Here is what I need done: 1) Shower head needs replaced. I think a pipe is broken. 2) I need a small drywall spot patched 3) A small room and hallway needs painted (I have the paint) 4) Blinds need installed in 3 rooms (3 windows) 5) Need 3 mattresses and an old stove hauled away. *Dont contact me about this job unless you know how to do plumbing and are competent at everything I need dont.
