Connect with other foster, guardianship, adoptive families.....and their dogs Adoptive, Guardianship and Foster families are welcome to this event! Enjoy a stroll through 40 acres of the beautiful manicured Lynden Sculpture Garden.. Observe 50 monumental sculptures on 40 acres of manicured grounds, a lovely lake and woodlands. The land and the former home of Harry and Peg Bradley were transformed into an English rustic garden. The grounds have been open to the public since 2010. The sculptures from well know artists such as; artist Henry Moore, grace the beautiful grounds. The rustic bridge spanning the lake is a lovely place to stop and take a family photo! Please join us for an afternoon stroll and bring the family dog! *Only on the these very special, "Dog Days" families may bring the dog too! *The touring terrain is grassy and accessible to wheel chairs if equipped with all terrain wheels. *One WISAPSP's Gift Bag for each family, meet us at the entrance *Water will be available for the dogs, all dogs must be leashed REMINDERS Please do NOT attend an event if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath), or have been exposed to others who have experienced those symptoms within the last 14 days. Social distancing of at least 6 feet will be required. Please bring a mask for each person in your party to be used anytime social distancing of at least 6 feet cannot be maintained. Wisconsin Adoption & Permanency Support is funded by a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families to offer supportive services that cover a wide continuum of needs for Wisconsin's adoptive & guardianship families, adult adoptees and birth families. Our program is built on collaboration with individuals, professionals, organizations and community members throughout Wisconsin who are impacted by adoption & guardianship.
