Job Summary for a Full-Time Unit Cleaner:
Principal responsibilities include clean guest rooms as assigned by department managers according to housekeeping standards as outlined in Housekeeping Procedures Binder. Responsible for key control, handling guest requests, reporting problems and handling lost and found items. Other special projects or task as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
Job Summary for a Full-Time Houseman/Runner:
HOUSEMAN - Principal responsibilities include to clean all checkout and check-in rooms; sweep or scrub the lanai’s. Clean “general-clean” rooms and “no show” rooms. Carpet shampoo and upholstery cleaning as needed. Follow procedures as outlined in the Housekeeping Procedures Manuel.
LINEN RUNNER - Principal responsibilities include pick up and deliver all linen and guest supplies. Follow procedures as outlined in the Housekeeping Procedures Binder.
