Carpentry and home repair help wanted

Several repair jobs needed in nicer manufactured home. I'm looking for one or more professional and respectable folks to perform these repairs. Contact me if you can come by and take a look and bid on one or more of the following. 1. Small ceiling leak in textured ceiling needs repair in one spot near an air vent. Must be a slow leak from past Hurricane. The area is the size of your palm and soft but intact. 2. Drywall holes need repair behind two door knobs and a dinner plate sized drywall hole previously patched but falling in needs repaired. 3.Painting needed over a couple of sections of drywall maybe two - 6 ft wall sections, and three small areas of the ceiling that need touched up. 4. Wood trim replacement needed around the back door where a dog chewed it. Also in a couple other spots at corners and at baseboards. Finding new trim has proven hard. Stealing from another less visible room is being considered. 5. New kitchen sink and faucet were purchased and installation is needed. 6. Carpenter ants ate a foot long section of wood floor at the bottom of the back metal door frame. This rot needs to be removed and repaired. Back door frame needs rehung and trim properly attached. 7. Inside window sill wood has failed from moisture. Replacement veneer has been purchased and needs cut, inserted and painted. God bless
