Job Description
We are hiring both part-time and full-time workers. For part-time we are looking for 20-25 hours, Monday through Friday. Benefits include free employee golf, free meal, free parking, employee appreciation events, flexible scheduling, etc. (benefits are subject to change).
For our full-time position we are looking for 40 hours a week. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, sick pay and holiday pay.
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2-6 days availability with some flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Basic knowledge of trades to understand repair problems and make minor repairs on outlets, lamps and plumbing fixtures.
General knowledge of power tools
General knowledge of cleaning
Assist Maintenance worker and Manager with projects
Maintain clubhouse facility and equipment (painting, window and door repair, preventative maintenance, light to heavy cleaning)
Adhere to all COVID-19 standards and regulations
Complete other appropriate assignments given by Maintenance and Repair Manager
