PATCH will help you to find a licensed Family Child Care for your children. Licensed Family Child Care providers go through health, criminal background, and employment check for all adults living in the household. They also take Early Childhood education classes provided by PATCH.
Did you know?
Anyone taking care of more than 2 children not related to them MUST be licensed by the Department of Human Services (DHS). If a child care provider has MORE THAN TWO unrelated children your provider is operating ILLEGALLY. Tell your provider that the PATCH Recruitment program is FREE and we offer potential child care providers training classes and one on one assistance through the licensing process.
CALL PATCH to find LICENSED PROVIDERS in your area.
Contact us for more information about becoming licensed and about our other programs such USDA Food Program and Preschool Open Doors. Visit the PATCH website at www.PatchHawaii.org which contains information beneficial to parents and child care providers. Parents: call PATCH at 246-0622 for a list of licensed child care providers.
