Description

Join us for this 2-hour interactive workshop introducing the Community Resiliency Model® (CRM): a biologically-based set of wellness skills CRM workshops help create "trauma-informed" and "resiliency-informed" individuals and communities that share a common understanding of the impact of trauma and chronic stress on the nervous system and how resiliency can be restored or increased using this skills-based approach. This model focuses on the brain's reaction to stressful events and provides skills to reset the natural balance of the nervous system. We'll begin the workshop promptly at 6:30p. Feel free to arrive as early as 6p to choose your seat, eat your picnic or takeout dinner, grab a La Croix or water and meet some new people!
