Local contractor building in Citrus, Marion, and Levy counties is looking for experienced framers. Ideal candidates must have a variety of skills and knowledge including being able to: • Accurately measure, cut, and shape lumber, wood, and other building materials using hand tools, machines, or power saws • Attach building materials using screws, nuts, and bolts • Erect temporary structures such as scaffolds and hoists • Examine building materials to identify any defects • Set trusses, frame valley's, roof decking, wall building • Have the ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans, and other specifications • Work safely by following established safety rules and work regulations always maintaining a safe and clean work environment • Stand for long periods of time, work in varied conditions, be able to lift 50-75lbs on a regular basis Qualified candidates MUST also: • Have a valid and clean driver’s license • Have reliable transportation • Have a high standard of integrity and professionalism • Be dependable and reliable Pay rate based on experience.
