Lifestyles Property Services is looking for a hard working, motivated Maintenance/Porter to start ASAP at one of our onsite Condominium Associations. Applicants must have reliable transportation, while seeking full time employment, with the flexibility to work 1-2 weekends per month. Must be reliable, dedicated and respectful; and willing to work as a team. We offer a good work environment with the ability to advance with the company. Prior experience in Maintenance is a positive. Pay starts at $15 per hour and includes (after 90 days) Company paid 75% of Health Insurance cost, $10,000 Life Insurance Policy as well as accumulated Paid Time Off.
