The hike will include a solitary walking meditation as well as a short guided meditation sitting, before returning to the parking lot. Be sure to bring walking shoes, water, sunscreen, and a small pillow to sit on if you would like. This site doesn NOT have a restroom facility. Masks are not required for fully vaccinated participants (2 weeks after 2nd shot, or 2 weeks after J&J shot) and are required for unvaccinated when unable to maintain social distancing. Masks can be taken off during the meditation itself.
