Description
A Brooklyn based Design/Build firm is seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter Foreman with experience in commercial building and residential renovations.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the following areas:
Material take-offs from drawings
Experienced doing physical layouts from drawings
Running crews of up to 10 carpenters
Drivers license is preferred.
Applicant will be hired on a long-term basis and should be willing to work on various jobsite locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Projects are mainly restaurant & bar renovations as well as residential renovations.
Pay will vary based on experience and performance of work.
