Description
Qualifications
1. Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.. Military background is a plus.
2. Experience: Must have five (5) consecutive years of automotive hands-on experience; Ten (10) years is desired. A candidate with dealer experience or manufactures training is preferred.
3. Skills and Competencies: Candidates must have the following skills and competencies:
a. Ability to communicate well in extremely busy shop;
b. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle codes and have knowledge to configure parts and repairs to late model vehicles, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Toyota as well as light trucks; and
c. Electrical experience, computer harnesses etc. are of advantage.
4. Expectations: Ideal candidate will have work ethic and tenacity to grow along with us. The right candidate should be in full management capacity within one (1) year or sooner.
5. Compensation: Salary open to negotiation and shall be commensurate with experience and capability.
