We're looking for a building Superintendent in the Crown Heights area to oversee the daily maintenance and janitorial responsibilities of a 42 unit apartment building. As the Superintendent, your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to: - Cleaning the building - Trash removal - Respond to tenant requests for service - Prepare vacancies - Preventative Maintenance to building equipment - Emergency on-call - Special projects Qualifications/Requirements: - Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, a plus - Comfortable with being on-call for emergencies - MUST be willing to live on-site - apartment, gas and electric provided - Excellent communication skills (must own and use a smart phone) Please apply directly with a resume.
