It's really simple. She's a democrat in a democratic environment. If we followed her thinking, the newspapers would have an employee ratio equal to the population of Chicago. Of course, even if the newspaper was 95% black, there's still the chance to draw a white reporter. So, yes, that's racist. She didn't consider that the major newspapers aren't local to Chicago. Their circulation covers all of Illinois; and they probably have a large national and world-wide circulation as well. She wants quotas. But she should be careful what she wishes for... if 25% of the US is black, then does that mean that the NBA has to become 75% white? It sounds ridiculous, but it's the same warped logic. But if it ever comes to that, the black NBA players need not worry. Biden's approach with the killed jobs on the pipeline is that those fired workers can be retrained and moved to other cities if needed. So if we apply that to the black NBA players... they can retrain to fill the multiple black vacancies in the National Hockey League. After all, they will have to reduce the number of whites and hire black players. She, and the democrats that are NOT calling for her resignation, have set a precedence; we should only vote based on the demographics. So there's no chance that we should vote for a black again, until black make up over 50%. She does not want to deal with a newspaper that is dis-proportionate. Does that mean that whites should no longer support black businesses? I'm just following what she suggests (and the democrats support).
