Join TAC instructors, Ricky, Adam, and Jen for our first event of the summer! Come for a 60 minute full body Boot Camp with Ricky and Adam followed by a short cool down Yoga session with Jen! Class will start at 10:15 am and will end around 11:30-11:45 (including Yoga cool down). Bring a towel and mat. Stay after and hangout at FWD for a pool party starting at 12 pm. Can't wait to see you this summer!
