Bands & Brews is a 1 hour strength and HIIT class using bodyweight and bands with a nice cold beer waiting at the end! Ages 21+
Bands & Brews is a 60 minute group fitness workout class designed around resistance bands and bodyweight.
It is asked that participants show up at least 15 minutes ahead of time to sign liability waivers and get a general overview of how the workout will run as well as have time to ask any questions should they have any. If you have a yoga mat please bring it for floor exercises as I will have a very limited quantity for use.
Once we’re done with the class feel free to stick around because your first beer is on me!
During Bands & Brews we'll work the entire body for a full hour going through various exercises utilizing resistance bands and bodyweight movements.
