Join Fitness in the City, High Ride Cycle and The River Yoga for Sweat, Spin & Stretch!
Kickoff summer with Sweat, Spin & Stretch! Spin with High Ride Cycle, sweat with Fitness in the City and stretch with The River Yoga at The Zia Sunnyside. We have one class from 4:30PM-6PM and one from 5:30PM-7PM. We'll provide a sweaty workout with SoundOff headsets to get lost in the music. Bring a water bottle, sneakers, your spin shoes, and a yoga mat if you have one. You'll be at each modality for about 30 mins.
