A growing residential and commercial Real Estate management company in Boston is looking to fill a full time maintenance position for a residential portfolio in East Boston. This full time position oversees the overall appearance and maintenance needs of our growing portfolio of residential apartments in and around Boston MA. You will be responsible for maintaining curb appeal, planning and executing preventative maintenance, perform general maintenance repairs, and coordinate and schedule apartment turnovers in a timely manor. This position comes with on-call and after hour emergency coverage and coordination responsibilities. What you can expect from this role: 1.) Perform, schedule and supervise maintenance repairs throughout the portfolio. 2.) Schedule preventative maintenance on various building systems and equipment. 3.) Collaborate with a team of property management staff to run the portfolio 4.) Deliver outstanding customer service 5.) A work schedule to include some weekends, evenings or holidays when needed. Who we are looking for: Someone with 5+ years in maintenance management or a related field. Technical experience with boilers, air handlers, appliances, painting, cleaning, basic plumbing, electric.
