Your Move, Inc. is looking for a motivated and experienced hard worker to join our team as a Commercial Moving Crew Chief. This is a leadership position at our company overseeing and assisting your crew with the moving of customer's items. Prior Moving or similar experience is REQUIRED. You must be strong and in good shape to fill this role. If you enjoy working with your hands in a team environment this is the job for you. Job Responsibilities Include: - Oversee crew of movers to complete jobs/tasks assigned by the company - Communiate meeting times with crew members -Working in a team atmosphere to move items for customers. -Disassembly/Reassembly of furniture. -Driving box trucks ranging from 16-26 feet. -Communicate with customers and office personnel. -Wrapping/Packing furniture and other items. -Setting up/breaking down customer events. Job Requirements: - 3+ years moving experience in a Crew Chief or similar role -Valid Driver's License with clean driving record. -Ability to work well in a team environment and be respectful to customers and other employees. -Personable - You'll be interacting with customers every day -Timeliness and attention to detail (You cannot be late for this job) -Ability to pass a background check -In good physical shape -Experience driving trucks -Ability to receive email and text messages
