Due to the pandemic the mental health of young people have taken a bad turn. This program is designed to help them relax and handle stress in a healthy way. From learning new breathing strategies to having healthier eating habits can help with daily peer pressures.
Toquet Hall is the drug/alcohol free municipal teen center for the Town of Westport, CT.
