Yoga at the Ace Hotel ALL AGES Yoga & Lauren Our Vinyasa Flow classes are designed with all levels in mind. There are cues for beginners, and for more advanced students. Lauren Lauren completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Krewe in 2017. Having degrees in psychology & biology and many years as a caregiver, her classes are informed & creative. Constantly learning new ways to resonate with her students, her classes are a hybrid of the collective experiences unfolding daily, as well as the ones since her journey began 18 years ago. Ace Hotel New Orleans features 5 chic restaurants and bars and is home to the music venue, Three Keys. Other amenities include a rooftop pool, a 24-hour gym, and a retro photo booth. Pets are welcome. Ace New Orleans regularly features gallery shows, community events, and live music. We look forward to welcoming guests safely back to our hotel for more frequent progamming when it's safe.
