One Lifestyle Management is looking for an experienced residential cleaner who can work independently. Preferably someone who lives in Broward County. Serious and experienced applicants only, please! We are looking for cleaners who are interested in long term employment. Full-time and Part-time employement You will be working independently, cleaning two or three houses a day depending on your availability. You drive to the customer directly, no need to drive to our office before/after work. All cleaning supplies are provided by us and you will get refills once a week. Most of our clients are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule and you will have your assigned clients. One Lifestyle Management is a locally owned and operated cleaning business. Not a franchise! Our company offers: - $15 per hour for daytime cleaning during the week (must be available Mon - Fri to do one or two houses each day) - Overtime pay weekend cleaning and holiday. (optional and only if you're available) - Paid mileage between customers - Tips from customers - Employee based position. NOT a 1099/independent contractor position - Bi-Weekly pay checks - Paid vacation after 6 months, - Drive to your clients from home. No need to drive to our office before/after work - Work mostly with the same clients every week or every two weeks - All cleaning supplies provided What is expected of you: - Must speak fluent English - Must have green card or US citizenship - Must pass background check and drug test - Must have verifiable residential cleaning experience - Must have valid FL drivers license - Must have reliable fuel-efficient vehicle with trunk space for cleaning supplies - Must have valid car insurance - Must have smartphone with internet access and GPS - Must be able to service customers in Broward County. - Must arrive to appointments on time - Must provide excellent service to each customer - Must be able to work in houses with animals (cats, dogs).
