We are having our first member meeting at our new office location. We will have a guest key note speaker, Henry Hays. First member meet since Covid will be held June 15 from 6p.m-8p.m. It will be at our new office location in Baton Rouge. There will be food served by Chef Celeste and drinks will be served with a limited number of tickets. Henry Hays will be our guest key note speaker for the night. GROWTH in the Age of Disruption: NOW WHAT?? Henry Hays is Baton Rouge born and Louisiana proud. He comes to us today as an accomplished businessman, speaker, investor and college professor. Henry spent 20 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, most notably building the commercial team at Avanir Pharmaceuticals, where they reached peak sales of $110 million a year. Avanir was then purchased in 2014 for $3.5 billion (a 35 times multiple). Henry pivoted to Disrupt himself at that point, with his new mission being spreading the power of Disruption coming to all aspects of business around the world. Henry graduated LSU in 1995 with a Poli Sci and History major, and he holds 2 MBAs (Kellogg as well as Seth Godin's altMBA) and is currently enrolled at Stanford University in an Advanced Machine Learning course. He also teaches a class at the LSU Business School this semester where his students deliver Disruptive "audits" to local companies.
