Hosted by Damon Brown of Kingspan, attendees will enjoy an informative presentation on the AIA-approved course, "Sealing the Envelope with Insulated Metal Panels " for 1-HSW CEU. Constructing solid structures that can withstand the test of south Louisiana's brutal heat, humidity, and rainfall requires the knowledge and application of the proper design and materials that are resilient to our climate. Throughout the presentation, Damon explains how insulated metal panels function to mitigate the elements of air, water, vapor, and thermal energy, in tandem with the industry best practices on the proper design involved in manufacturing them. Damon Brown is the Regional Sales Manager of Kingspan Insulated Metal Panels, North America and a frequent speaker at industry events and presentations. For the past 20 years, Damon has worked in various aspects of the construction and design industry and has worked with Kingspan since 2016. He has certifications for Construction Document Technologist, Project Management , and LEED Green Associate. Damon covers Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas for Kingspan and is proud to call Arkansas home.
