I have recently let go the person who was working toward completion on a phase one remodel of my home for inconsistent performance. The following need to be compleed. Entry Install LED strip molding Shutters ornamental for all exterior windows Install heater grille Kitchen Install sink fixtures Install new water line and drain for dog water station. Complete installation of barn door – increase floor board massing / create door jam landing Complete wing wall with 3 switch panel at refrigerator Install new cupboard at side door. Install new cabinets above refrigerator. Install new dog food / water station. Build new island with built in banquette and custom table Install all drawer hardware and pulls – top three drawers need add’l faceplate to mount pulls Powder Room Marine varnish vanity top for water seal and protection Guest Bedroom Reinstall barn door – to align differently on the bathroom opening. Install base glides and upper stops. Install handle. Reinstall baseboard behind barndoor. Install reducer at carpet/tile Complete buildout of 3 closet towers – All trim/joining work needs to be completed. Crown molding needs to be done. Refurbish antique armoire Redo installation of door knob/lock Install hardware on armoire and new closet towers Install heater grille Guest Bathroom Install guest bathroom shower hardware Install guest bathroom fixtures Install jamb detail on inside of bathroom to create privacy at exposed barndoor edges.
