I am a student and this survey is for my Data Analytics course. All of the information you give me will be treated as completely confidential and it will not be possible for anyone to identify the information you give me when I write up the project report. I would like to know your opinion regarding the impact of Ballot Measure 110. To respond, select and copy the survey. Overview In November, 2020, Oregon passed Ballot Measure 110, or the Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act, which went into effect on February 1, 2021. The measure modified the response to “hard drug” possession from a felony to a violation with an emphasis on treatment and recovery. If caught with one or two grams of “hard drugs” on their person or in their car, an individual may face a maximum of a $100 fine or a complete health assessment within 45 days at an addiction recovery center.
