Full Job Description Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic- FULL-TIME POSITION Alderman’s Toyota is a growing, Family-owned and Operated, Auto Repair Shop in Rutland, VT, and looking for an experienced Technician to Join Our Team! Automotive Technician Benefits Flat Rate Shop with a 40 Hours Guarantee! Competitive salary based on experience. Salary Range $40,000 to $100,000 annually. Medical, Dental, 401K, & profit-sharing offered Paid Holidays and Vacation Easily transfer your ASC certification through Toyota’s Waiver of Certification Continuing educational training to keep your skills up to date Your previous work tenure at other dealerships (Toyota and Non-Toyota) will transfer over to your certification requirements with Toyota. Automotive Technician Preferred Skills Strong willingness to learn, take direction to a task and grow. Maintain a positive dynamic attitude with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
