Outdoor Kids Yoga series 6-14 Join us Outside in Pier Village. We are offering two back to back classes for kids and teens in Pier Village at Festival Plaza. Classes for 6-9 will start at 6pm and end at 6:45 For tweens and Teens start at 7pm and end at 7:45 Only $65 per child Yoga is an ancient healing practice known to calm the body, mind, and emotions. In this playful yoga class designed especially for Kids, children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and give children the tools to manage stress in their daily lives. Children should bring their own yoga mat to class.
