Come kick off your afternoon with an outdoor bootcamp class led by Sue Parke on Suday, July 11th, at 12pm. Come kick off your Sunday morning at the bar with a bootcamp class led by Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Run Coach and Personal Trainer, Sue Parke. The cost is $20 per person and includes a 45 minute bootcamp class and a beer flight.   About the Class: My Bootcamp classes are designed to burn the maximum amount of calories, build strength, increase muscle endurance and improve overall physical fitness in a short amount of time by performing a wide variety of effective body weight exercises. All levels of fitness are welcome, and appropriate modifications will be provided. We look forward to seeing you at the bar!  What you need: Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear clean indoor sneakers. A sweat towel is recommended but not required.  Tickets & Registration: Due to space and safety there are only 20 spots available and you must purchase tickets here in advance. Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early so we can sign you in, start the class on time and let the beers flow immediately after!  For all inquiries or to book Sue for your next event you can email her at [email protected]. Sue Parke is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, RRCA Certified Run Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. She teaches a wide variety of group exercises classes and trains clients weekly at various different fitness facilities in the north of Boston area. She also leads outdoor bootcamps, kids fitness classes, small group training sessions and hosts special events at local sporting good stores, breweries and venues. Sue is also an avid runner and marathoner, a triathlete, a multi-fitness and brand ambassador, and the owner/ writer of the lifestyle blog Sparke Fitness.     Aside from her group fitness, run coaching and personal training certifications, she also holds two barre instructor certifications, a spinning instructor certification, a kids in motion certification and a pilates certification. Sue is very passionate about health and fitness and helping others realize their true potential and motivating them to achieve their goals.      Sue is also a singer and 2003 graduate from Boston's very own Berklee College of Music with a degree in songwriting with a special concentration in voice. She has sung the National Anthem for several local races including The Feaster Five - one of Massachusetts biggest races of the year, the Newburyport Half Marathon, the Stowe, Vermont 8 miler, Seacoast Running Festival in NH, the Earth, Rock, Run Half Marathon and the Jingle Bell Half Marathon in NH.      Sue is married and the mom to one spunky and sassy little girl. When she's not teaching classes and training clients she enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting in her own workouts and participating in local fitness events.      For all inquiries or to book Sue at your next fitness and/or singing event, please email her at [email protected].
