Visit one of the oldest mills on the Squannacook River complete with its original milling equipment. Tours offered on the half-hour. Because we have sold out on regular tours and the Reed Homestead is covered, we're adding BONUS tours to the offering for this Saturday ONLY. We have added four more slots of three people each! The Spaulding Grist Mill is a historic nineteenth-century building located on the Squannacook River. One of the oldest extant wood frame industrial buildings, it is complete with its early workings. Guided tours will be offered on the half-hour in order to step back in time. This is the first time the building has been open for tours in many years. Don't miss this opportunity.
