NPG Security is seeking to hire a front desk security officer to help cover open shifts in the Chicago Gold Coast area. The Officer will be responsible for overseeing all front desk duties of the apartment complex. Security experience is preferred but we will train candidates with strong Customer Service background. Job details: • Gold Coast residential area. • Reports to Operations Manager to support operational needs. • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Report writing. • Responding to any and all alarms. • Provide assistance to residents when necessary. Qualifications: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) • Security: 1 year (Preferred) Schedule: • 8 hour shift • 11PM – 7AM • Thursday-Monday • 8 hour shift • 11PM-7AM • Saturday & Sunday
