Ayurhitam, an Ayurvedic clinic and wellness center is having a grand opening to the public. RSVP is required to make enough snacks/drinks.
We will be offering complementary:
1) Relaxing ayurvedic techniques on a first come first serve basis every 20 minutes.
2) Ayurvedic snacks and drinks
3) Take-a-way home instructions on how to perform your own self-massage (abhyanga massage)
