Our signature Shred415 class, but outside. This 45-minute class is designed to target multiple muscle groups for an efficient and effective total body workout.
We’ll alternate between strength drills and outdoor cardio work, including strength training and the cardio bursts you need to shred your body. Modifications are always offered, so you can be sure you’re getting the right workout for YOUR body.
