Job Description: We are looking for a Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in Aberdeen, MD! You will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, turning units and ensuring that service requests are completed in a timely manner. Must be motivated & available to work “On Call” for emergencies. The successful candidate must be experienced with service and repair in the following areas however our staff is willing to train! Electrical Appliance HVAC Drywall Painting Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential.
