Join us for an afternoon of Succulent Teas, Tasty Treats, Excellent Entertainment with Wonderful Women who are Gracefully Embracing the Grey Our 4th Annual High Tea Fundraiser is officially on the calendar and we can't be more excited! This year's theme is Chucks & Pearls in honor of our Vice President, Kamala Harris. Wear your cutest summer attire, your chucks, pearls and of course your hat, fascinator, headband or whatever you choose. No jeans please. This is your chance to come out of your Zoom attire after being locked in for the past 16 months. Social distance seating will be provided. If you've never attended one of our events, you don't want to miss this one! The teas are delicious, the food is great, the entertainment is always outstanding but the women are the best part of this event. We join together in love and laughter for a wonderful cause as we encourage, uplift and motivate each other. This year's fundraiser will benefit our own non profit organization, Silver Linings. This organization has been established to bless underserved teenage girls with the basic life skills needed for their success. The mentoring program is six months in length and covers a variety of topics. The program culminates with a Cotillion Style Gala in early Spring. A portion of the ticket sales will go towards the program expenses. Our desire is to host the program with minimal cost to the participants. More details will be provided at the High Tea. We will open the application process, select the participants and our first meeting will be in September. Join us as we prepare to help them live the life they desire. She deserves this! Platinum Highlights is a Social Club/Movement for women that are Aging Gracefully.
