Starting with candle intending, moving into yoga and ending with sound healing, this new moon circle will be like no other you’ve experience The Exchange is a pop up experience powered by “I Believe in Magic”, “Essential Yoga and Wellness” and “Alchemy 908”. We have joined together to bring you a new moon circle that will be nothing like you’ve experienced and nothing short of transformative. Starting with candling intending, we will set an intention for this months new moon in Gemini and use arts and crafts to create our intended vision on our candle. Next, we will move into evening yoga where we will continue to hold that intention and flow connecting to our bodys, releasing any tension we may be holding onto. Lastly, we will finish with sound healing to wash away anything that no longer serves us as we move into a new moon cycle. Join us as we bring together health, wellness, and personal spirituality under one roof to better support you on your journey. There will be snacks as well as a tea bar. Doors open at 6:30pm and class starts promptly at 7:00pm. See you soon.
