Now accepting vendors for the 2021 Manchester Market. There is ZERO COST ! Manchester Market on West Main hours of operation are 10:00 am – 1:00 pm on: June 19thJuly 3rdJuly 17thAugust 7thAugust 21st1. A 12x12 space will be provided. 2. All items sold by the applicant will be reviewed and must be high quality, safe, and enhance to the Market atmosphere. If your items are NOT handmade, homemade or homegrown, you will be asked to remove them from your table or leave the market. 3. The Market is a traditional farmers market. Primary sales will be locally grown farm products, baked goods and homemade crafts. 4. Market staff will assign and manage reserved spaces. 5. Set up may occur as early as 9:00 am. 6. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, canopies and/or display racks. Easy pop-up 10x10 tents are highly encouraged. 7. Vendors must unload their supplies, products, etc., by their designated space and use the parking in the back of Main Street to park. 8. Displays MUST be presentable as determined by Market staff. 9. Vendors will display their products cleanly and safely. 10. Vendors should always professionally operate their business. 11. At the close of Market, participants will clean their immediate area and remove all boxes, packing materials, trash, etc.. If area is not clean each week, vendor may be dismissed from the Market permanently. 12. Organically grown products must be certified by the State. You cannot use "organic" wording to describe your product unless it is certified. 13. Vendors must display a sign identifying the farm business by name. 14. Market Days staff has the right to refuse vendor participation if the product does not fit the market's primary mission. 15. Vendors are required to pay all applicable state and local taxes. 16. Manchester Development Authority/ Manchester Market has the right to cancel Manchester Market in the case of inclement weather or other conflicts. 17. No solicitation. No refunds. 18. Venders must provide their own tables & chairs. Nneka works at the Manchester Development Authority and Jane works at Frank & Olive Food Solutions! We love people and Manchester!
