I am looking to partner up with professionals to help increase my business. I have the shop, brand new tire changing equipment, and plenty of Roadside Assistance work to bring others on that would like to earn great money helping other people 24 hours a day. I prefer to pay workers by the job rather than pay some lazy person to stroke the clock and bring the company down. Must have your own vehicle and the tools to do the job. You have to spend money to make money. I will pay a 30% commission rate on a 1099 employee to start off with and that can be bumped up to 45% with an average service call starting at $65 and it goes up from there.
