In private gatherings, my beloved Paola and I have combined our love for musical healing, breath and movement to create an expansive spiritual experience that allows people to connect with the Beauty of Life. ✨ We call this experience “Channeling Love.” ❤️ This Sunday, we decided to travel to Sedona and share this experience with the public as a passion project for all of us to celebrate life, the unity in our diversity (it’s PRIDE month after all), and affirm our connection to Earth and to Spirit. Immersed in a breathtaking venue of the Posse Park Grounds with an outdoor stage against the beauty of the sacred Sedona landscape, I will be LIVE channeling music as Paola leads us through a breath and movement experience creating a synergy of vibrational and embodiment medicine to enliven body and spirit. Each experience is unique to the group, and what Paola and I create live together through our love for Earth, Spirit and each other is completely intuitive, channeled and unreplicable. We’ll then have a mini-medicine concert with original medicine songs by yours truly. And to celebrate PRIDE month, for the first time ever, I will be premiering LIVE my most epic pride anthem song called “Show Your Colors,” fresh off production and ready to shared. Paola was born into a martial arts family and was initiated in multiple eastern traditions. From this upbringing, she then integrated the most effective martial arts concepts into her mindfulness practices from which she developed a system called “Mindful Martial Arts.” Through her travels in India, she studied Himalayan Breathwork and Yoga to harness the healing power of breath with movement. Today, she applies her learnings as a mentor to teens in recovery, a mindfulness coach to women, and lover of embodied dance and movement. Through her experience of reclaiming her power, confidence and inner peace, Paola believes is that in order to experience deep fulfillment, purpose and peace within ourselves and in our lives, it is important to embark on a PASSAGE of self discovery, and dissolve the illusions of one’s conditioned mind through the experience of deeper connection to the wisdom within.
