In these 3 hours I’ll share all the knowledge I’ve acquired over the last 15 years. What really works and what doesn’t. And lunch is on me. Here’s the agenda for our time together: --- 5 min Introductions --- ( if you can’t wait until the workshop ,you can read more about me at the bottom of this page) 1. How to Generate Leads for FREE (30min) – Open House on Steroids“Open House Every Day” ProgramYou’ll learn the most cost effective way we use to generate buyer and investor leads. I’ll walk you through our unique approach to holding Open Houses using our “ A Frame - A Game” approach. I’ll teach you how to implement the “Open House Every Day Program'' that will double your leads. (this program brought us over 1000 leads within 5 year period) 2. Convert Leads to Appointments (30min) – UVP : “VIP buyer Program” , “ Off Market Home Search”The one questions that you must ask alwaysFollow- up: campaigns, scripts, lead priorityI’ll show you how to craft an Unique Value Proposition (UVP) for buyer leads that will increase your appointment conversion. I’ll show you samples of my “ VIP Buyer Program: and my “ Off market Home Search”, so you can copy them and use them in your business. I will share with you the most important question that I ask every buyer. This question helped me double my conversion rate. You’ll learn the CRM we use and how it’s all set up to manage all our leads based on motivation. You’ll learn how we respond to people, what we say, and our plan to nurture all our contacts so when they are ready to buy real estate – they call us. There is a very specific strategy to get someone to respond to you without being a pest. You’ll learn exactly how that’s done with video email, phone calls, texting and more. ----15min Break---- 3. Buyers Consultations (15min) –. Presentation - short and long version Loyalty Agreement ( buyer broker agreement )You’ll see the actual buyer presentations we use. The two types of buyers that require a different presentation approach. You’ll get a copy of our “ Loyalty Agreement” , a unique version of a buyer broker agreement and how to get paid more commission. You’ll see how easy it is to have the buyer to commit working with you in writing. 4. How to Manage a Transaction (15 min)– Intake/ Transaction formContract to Closing common tasksYou’ll learn how to implement one of the most important steps of the transaction management process that is neglected by 95% of the agents. I'll show you how to automate and track your transactions. Also I’ll give you a copy of our closing transactions checklists. It is a list of “must do” tasks and timeframes that will help you stay in compliance AND out of trouble. 5. Past Client (30min) Client Information Reviews SOI marketing planNow that the home is sold, it’s really important that you collect the right information, get a review (testimonial) and make sure there’s a plan to stay in touch. Most of our business, over the long term, comes from referrals and repeat business. You’ll learn the plan we have in place to make sure we continue communicating with our clients after the sale. 6. One Hour Business Strategy Call For everyone that attends the workshop I’ll offer one on one help with implementation of the “ Buyer System” ---45 min Q&A and Lunch --- You’ll also get a notebook when you arrive so you have one place to write everything down. There’s a handout with examples from the presentation you can take home with you to put into your business, too. To be clear, there is zero intention to “recruit” you in this class.
